The Board

The Trust is governed by a Board of Directors, elected from a wide range of interests and professions, including salmon anglers, coarse fishing anglers, landowners and farmers.

Our Supporters and Partners

The Trust works closely with academics and students based at the University of Glasgow's Scottish Centre for Ecology and the Natural Environment (SCENE) at Rowardennan, Loch Lomond. The Trust also works closely with the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, Riparian Owners, The Loch Lomond Angling Improvement Association and other organisations in order to monitor, research, enhance & conserve the aquatic environment

Trust Scientist

The Trust is able to employ a scientist who ensures that the Trust can deliver its objectives effectively. Additional field surveyors are employed to help during the summer months.

The role of Volunteers has been key to the continued smooth and effective running of the Trust. There are many ways in which you can help us.

Contact us if you would like to volunteer and help us out. We are always looking for keen volunteers to come and give us a hand in many aspects of our work: from checking fish traps, catching brood stock, habitat improvement works to tree planting and rock placement. Joining us on some work days can give you hands on experience of what we do, and it will also help you 'do your bit' for the rivers!
